Gloria and Wayne

Master Stylist, Gloria Harding, was literally born with shampoo running through her veins! At a very young age, she knew hair dressing was part of her calling. She has been styling, cutting and coloring the women of this area since 1990. Gloria has trained and been the trainer at hair shows all over the nation. She has a very real passion for the connections that are made behind the chair, whether she is doing a makeover or praying chair side with a hurting guest, she puts everything she has into her work. She is known for her generous spirit and desire to make a difference in our community and world. “After 23 years, I can accomplish any technical procedure necessary to create exactly what we are looking for. When I start out my day, I pray and ask God to bring me the people that need to feel his love that day. I work for him and he is working through me. What an incredible honor and privilege to share his love and compassion through beauty”.

Co-owner Wayne Harding, is our behind the scenes guy. Simply put, he makes sure everything is good so that we can be “daymakers”.

Gloria and Wayne started this business together in December 1997. They have always believed that one of the highest callings in leadership is loving and developing people to engage in their full potential. They have two young daughters that they home school and are leaders in their church, which they LOVE-The Life Church in Manassas.
