How early should I arrive for my appointment?
A. Please check in
at the reception desk 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled
treatments, so as not to inconvenience other clients.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?
A. Should a cancellation
be necessary, please notify Tranquility a minimum of 24
hours ahead of your appointment time. A cancellation with less
than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of all services scheduled.
All no-show appointments will be charged at full value. This courtesy
enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains
a
higher availability of services for you as well as others.

What is the best way to make another appointment?
A. To ensure availability
of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you reserve
your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

Should I always use the same stylist or therapist?
A. We encourage you
to experience the talents of any of our Tranquility professionals
at any time. If you feel you would like to try the services of another
staff member, please let us know. We are a team and are all here
to accommodate you.

Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical or allergy concerns?
A. Upon arrival,
you will complete a health history questionnaire to assist your
service provider in providing you the best possible experience
and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you
to
disclose
any
pertinent
health conditions that may affect your spa and/or salon experience.

Do you have gift cards?
A. Tranquility gift
cards are always available. Let us know your specific needs
when you arrive, and your Salon/Spa gift card can be prepared
by the time of your departure. Gift cards must be presented
at the time of your service.

Can I bring my children with me?
A. We ask that children
not accompany you to your appointment for their safety as well
as your and other guests' relaxation.

Can I use my cell phone while I am at Tranquility?
A. To ensure a peaceful,
quiet environment for all our guests, cell phone use is not permitted
in the salon and/or spa.

What should I do with my jewelry and other valuables?
A. Please leave your
jewelry and other valuables at home.

What should I bring to the spa to wear?
A. We never compromise
your modesty. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body
that is being treated at the time.
Q. Can
I add tips to my credit card?
A. Tips are greatly
appreciated by our service providers. Although they may not be
added to your credit card total, you may add the amount to your
check or pay with cash.
Q. Can
I purchase a series of services?
A. With the purchase
of a series of five of any of our facials, massages, or nail services,
the sixth is our gift to you. |
