In the January 2004 edition of Salon Today, Tranquility Day Spa and Salon was featured along with 199 other up-and-coming salons for their success in inspiring their staffs, captivating their clients, and growing in their business. Tranquility was among the top 200 salons which were cited for their "Outstanding customer experiences, creative cost-cutting strategies, memory-making marketing campaigns and reward programs that move employees to action . . .", all of which were elements to their success! During the year Tranquility saw its revenues increase 12 percent.
